Flipio is a marketplace. We do not underwrite motor insurance. Hosts must provide valid local coverage.
Host responsibility
Hosts must hold valid third-party liability insurance covering renters for the listing region (South Cyprus / North Cyprus).
Cross-border trips require explicit listing permission and suitable insurance.
Optional Protection add-on
If offered at checkout, the Flat Protection package is a platform fee product — it is not a substitute for host motor insurance.
Accidents & damage
Report incidents to local authorities and the other party via Flipio chat. Flipio may mediate at its discretion but is not the insurer.
