Yes. Flipio connects private hosts and rental companies with renters. Pick your region (South/North), verify once, and book online.

Hosts must hold valid insurance that covers rental/hire use in their region. Flipio does not provide insurance — hosts are solely responsible.

For safety and platform protection, contact details unlock after booking confirmation (and deposit/commission for cash bookings).

You pay the full rental online by card. Stripe sends the host share to their Connect account at checkout (destination charge). Flipio collects the platform commission as an application fee.

Cancellations before the trip may reverse the charge and Connect transfer when Stripe allows. Disputes are reviewed by support.

For cash bookings you pay at pickup. First you place a small online deposit hold, then the host pays platform commission to unlock Flipio chat — no WhatsApp until then.

Yes. Choose Private or Company at signup. Private hosts need vehicle registration and an insurance policy covering peer-to-peer rental.
