Eligible cancellations refund the Stripe PaymentIntent. Application fees and Connect destination funds are reversed when Stripe permits.

Deposit holds refund only before host commission payment on pending bookings. Commission itself is non-refundable.

When a renter opens a Stripe dispute, Flipio locks the booking (status disputed): cancel, handover confirmation and manual refunds are blocked while the dispute is open.

Admins upload evidence in the dispute dashboard. Chat stays available for mediation. Lost disputes cancel the booking and mark funds refunded; won disputes restore the previous booking status.
